Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wear compensation clutch actuator. An operation unit (7) that operates or releases a clutch by means of linear reciprocating motion transmitted from a motor unit (5) includes: a housing (15); a supporting hub (17) that is formed to protrude at the opposite end on the open side of the housing; a guide ring (19) that is mounted inside the supporting hub (17), in which a guide rail (33) protrudes in a spiral shape on the inner circumferential surface; and an actuation rod bundle (20) one end of which, which is exposed to one side of the housing (15), operates or releases the clutch and the other side of which, on the opposite side, is provided with a plurality of projections (38) that protrude radially on the outer circumferential surface. When the guide rail (33) is pressed to one side by the abutting projection (38), the guide ring (19) elastically rebounds and rotates, and, when the guide rail is pressed to the other side on the opposite side, the guide ring is restricted from rotating so as to rotate the actuation rod bundle (20), and the actuation rod bundle (20) performs a wear compensation operation when the projection (38) rotates while restricted by the guide rail (33). Therefore, wear compensation is performed when an additional movement is performed beyond the complete clutch coupling position outside a clutch operation range, and only when necessary so that the components associated with wear compensation can have higher endurance strength and service life.
