Abstract:
A wear compensation device for a pump end face wear plate comprises a wear plate (1), a wedge block (2) and a push rod (3). The wear plate (1) is flexible and is mounted between the pump body (4) and the pump cover (5), the wedge block (2) is disposed in a chamber between the pump cover (5) and the wear plate (1), and the push rod (2) is disposed on the pump cover (5). A through hole (51) is disposed on the pump cover (5), the push rod (3) is mounted in the through hole (51), the front end of the push rod (51) pass through the through hole (51) and abuts on the upper end of the wedge block (2), so that when the push rod (3) is adjusted, the front end moves downwards, so as to drive the wedge block (2) to slide downwards. When it is required to adjust the gap between the wear plate and a rotational component such as a rotor so as to compensate the wear loss of the wear plate, the push rod is adjusted to drive the wedge block to slide downwards, and the wedge block laterally squeezes the wear plate when sliding downwards, so that the wear plate is elastically deformed and forces a wear layer to laterally move towards the direction of the pump body. The present invention can eliminate leakage from the pump end clearance without replacing the wear plate, and can increase the pressure of the pump, and prolong the serviced life of the pump.
