| CLAIMS 1. The invention is a wear positioned on the preferred local places of the body in order to provide care and/or relaxation in said preferred body regions characterized in that it comprises - at least one impermeable surface formed on the outer surface of the wear; - at least one fabric layer located on said impermeable surface. 2. A wear providing care and/or relaxation according to Claim 1 , characterized in that said impermeable surface is water-based silicone surface (1 ). 3. A wear providing care and/or relaxation according to Claim 2, characterized in that it comprises a surface made of leather material instead of water-based silicone surface (1 ). 4. A wear providing care and/or relaxation according to Claim 1 , characterized in that said fabric layer is bamboo fabric layer (2). 5. A wear providing care and/or relaxation according to Claim 4, characterized in that it comprises a fabric layer made of different fabric material instead of bamboo fabric layer (2). 6. A wear providing care and/or relaxation according to Claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a paraffin layer (3), which is formed on the fabric layer. 7. A wear providing care and/or relaxation according to Claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises mineral oil layer (4), which is formed on the paraffin layer (3). 8. The invention is a producing method of wear positioned on the preferred local places of the body in order to provide care and/or relaxation in said preferred body regions characterized in that it comprises - lamination of fabric layer on impermeable surface - placing these laminated layers into a mold and letting on a conveyor pallet, - passing these laminated layers through heat environment by conveyor pallet, - while these laminated layers are being passed through heat environment, spraying the paraffin layer (3) onto the fabric layer, - applying cooling process to these layers in order to provide room temperature, - spraying the mineral oil layer (4) onto the paraffin layer (3). 9. A producing method of wear providing care and/or relaxation according to Claim 8 characterized in that the temperature of the environment in which said paraffin is sprayed is in the range of 40°C - 55°C. 10. A producing method of wear providing care and/or relaxation according to Claim 8 characterized in that the cooling process is provided by blowing air at a temperature of 1°C-15°C. |
Technical Field
The invention relates to the wears.
The invention relates in particular to the wears developed to provide care and/or relaxation for the desired regions of the bodies of the users who use said wears, in accordance with the preference of said users, and also to the method for the production of said wears.
Background of the Invention
Today, the wears that possess the characteristic of providing a relieving and relaxing effect in addition to serving as a clothing item for the people has not found a considerable chance of production among the wear items for people. In previous applications, some substances are absorbed into the fabric with a view to improve the quality of the product. In one of said wears, the cosmetic product of aloe vera is left on the fabric at room temperature, in order to enable the user to benefit from the aroma therapeutic value of aloe vera. At a certain time after said application, the cosmetic product is removed from the fabric, owing to the volatile feature thereof.
The principal aim of applying natural and/or chemical substances on the wears via various technologies is the protection of the people against the microbes. The product developed for this purpose was assigned the patent registration under the register numbers EP850330 and US4321781.
Another patent registration is the patent issued under the register number EP1446200B1. According to said patent; the overall coated with polyethylene film layer and comprised of a non-woven polypropylene layer is described as the product. The inner and outer layers are made with such thickness and polyethylene density to block the microbes. In the current wear practice, there is not any application that comprises the sense of softness and relaxation of paraffin and the relaxing and caring feature of the mineral oil. Purpose of the Invention
Based on the state of the art, the object of the invention is to enable, owing to the wears developed, the provision of the cosmetic care and/or of the sense of relaxation on various parts of the body (eyelids and the region around the eyes, hands, feet, waist, neck and other locations) depending on the user's preference.
Another object of the invention is to provide the user with the feature of paraffin that provides the sense of softness, by means of the wears.
Another object of the invention is, owing to the application of the relieving and relaxing sense of the mineral oils on the wears, to enable the users to benefit from said characteristics while using said wears.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the invention is described in light of the accompanied figure, only in an exemplary manner to enable a better understanding of the subject matter, without leading to any limiting effect.
In Figure-1 , a schematic view is provided for the surfaces that constitute a wear in which the invention is implemented. The outermost surface of said wear is configured as a water-based silicone surface (1 ) with liquid retention property, in order to prevent the leakage of the liquid inside the wear. The bamboo fabric layer (2), which comprises the main layer of the wear, is coupled by way of lamination onto the inner side of the water-based silicone surface (1 ), by the use of a pressing ironer that generates hot steam. Over the bamboo fabric layer (2), the paraffin layer (3) with a relaxing effect is formed by way of spraying the paraffin at a temperature at which it is in solution form. The mineral oil layer (4) is constructed on the paraffin layer (3), in order to provide care and relaxation. The following method has been performed to produce the wear according to the invention:
The bamboo fabric layer (2) is laminated onto the water-based silicone surface (1 ) by the use of pressing ironer that generates hot steam. The silicone surface (1 ) on which the bamboo fabric layer (2) is coupled is placed into a mold and is left on a conveyor pallet. While said conveyor pallet is being passed through an environment heated up by means of the resistances, the paraffin layer (3) is sprayed onto the bamboo fabric (2). Since the temperature of said environment is kept preferably in the range of 40°C - 55°C, the paraffin layer (3) adheres onto the bamboo fabric (2) in solution form.
With the continuously moving pallet, the product is removed from the hot environment and is cooled by sending air at a temperature of preferably 1 °C - 15°C onto the same by means of a cooling system. At the end of the cooling process, preferred mineral oil (4) is sprayed on the paraffin layer (3) onto the product being moved by means of the pallet at room temperature, and thus the final product is obtained.
The water-based silicone surface (1 ) is preferred to keep the paraffin and mineral oils from leaking outside. It is possible to use a surface made by leather material, instead of the silicone surface, based on the demand of the user. Another surface obtained by means of transal printing may be preferred instead of silicone surface (1). The reason why the bamboo fabric is preferred is that it is a more healthy organic fabric due to its antibacterial, antiallergic and highly air-permeable characteristic. It is possible to use another type of fabric instead of bamboo fabric, depending on the user demand.
The type of mineral oil to be used on the product varies with the region of the body where the wear is to be applied. In case the wear is an eye mask, the use of the mineral oil for the region around the eyes is preferred; on the other hand, in case the mineral oil layer is to contact the sole of the foot, the type of mineral oil specified for the sole of the foot is preferred. For the other body regions to be contacted by the wear, the preferred mineral oil type will also vary.
