Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a wear diagnosing system capable of easily diagnosing wear on the sliding boundary face. A wear diagnosing system (9) comprises: a stationary part (90) having a lower slide (44); a moving part (91) having an upper slide (43) that slides on the lower slide (44); a driving device (45Z) for driving the upper slide (43); a razor (320) mounted on the upper slide (43), inserted in a gap between the upper slide (43) and the lower slide (44), and forming a sliding boundary face (D1) with the lower slide (44); a contact part (330) that contacts the moving part (91) when the upper slide (43) slides; and a control device (2) for diagnosing wear of the sliding boundary face (D1) on the basis of variation of the amount of electricity associated with the load of the driving device (45Z) when the moving part (91) directly contacting the contact part (330).
