Abstract:
A wear-resistance shuttle comprises a wood shuttle body. The wood shuttle body is formed through adhesion of adjacent wood blocks. An arc-shaped part at an end of the wood shuttle is disposed with a wear-resistance coating layer. The wear-resistance coating layer is formed by 604 epoxy resin, amino resin, aluminum powder, and methylbenzene. The shuttle has fine wear-resistance performance, and long working life.
