Disclosed in the present invention are a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel plate for a sediment transport pipeline and a preparation method therefor, which belong to the technical field of alloy steel. The steel plate comprises the chemical components, in percentages by mass: 0.10-0.25% of C, 0.5-1.5% of Mn, 0.2-0.5% of Si, 0.50-2.0% of Cr, 0.8-2.0% of Ni, 0.3-0.8% of Mo, 0.5-2.0% of Cu, 0.08-0.12% of Sb, 0.5-1.0% of Al, S ≤ 0.03%, P ≤ 0.03%, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurity elements. The hardness of the steel plate of the present invention is in the range of HB375-HB475, and in the environment of 3.5% NaCl + 5% H2SO4 solution or 3.5% HCl solution, the corrosion resistance thereof can be 4 times or more of that of conventional NM450. The welding performance of the steel plate of the present invention is equivalent to that of traditional wear-resistant steel, and the steel plate is especially suitable for preparing wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel for a sediment transport pipeline in seawater or an acidic environment.
