Abstract:
A wear-resistant idler-type strip steel conveying apparatus, which is provided between a tension roller (1) and a decoiler (2) and which comprises a support frame (3), a base (4), multiple driven rollers (5) and multiple wear-resistant plates (6); the support frame (3) is provided on the floor between the tension roller (1) and the decoiler (2); the base (4) is provided on the support frame (3), multiple semi-circular roller grooves (41) are uniformly arranged on the top surface of the base (4), and bearing seats (42) are fixedly provided on side walls of the base (4) at both ends of the roller grooves (41); the driven rollers (5) are provided on the roller grooves (41); and the wear-resistant plates (6) are provided on the top surface of the base (4) between the two roller grooves (41).
