Abstract:
Disclosed is a wear-resistant layer for plates, comprising a wear-resistant powder-loading layer and a wear-resistant powder; the average particle size of the wear-resistant powder is greater than 70 μm; and the wear-resistant powder-loading layer is formed from a UV curable coating. Also disclosed is a wear-resistant plate. In addition, also disclosed is a method for preparing a wear-resistant layer, and the wear-resistant coating is coated onto the surface of a substrate via roller coating or curtain coating, wherein the roller coating or curtain coating process can be repeated. The wear-resistant layer is environmentally friendly in terms of the properties thereof and good in terms of the wear resistance thereof, and can be widely applied to the coating of the construction materials.
