Abstract:
The core of this wear-resistant tool is a composite polycrystalline diamond comprising polycrystalline diamond in which particulate diamond is directly bonded, and non-diamond-like carbon. The polycrystalline diamond in the composite polycrystalline diamond is three-dimensionally continuous within the composite polycrystalline structure, and the average primary particle diameter is 10-500 nm.
