Abstract:
Provided are a wearable device that communicates with at least one counterpart device in response to a trigger event, and a control method therefor. The wearable device comprises a display module and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor may be configured to: control the display module so that at least one graphic object is displayed in a display area; identify whether part of the body of a user is positioned in a first area; identify a group corresponding to the first area on the basis that the part of the body of a user is positioned in the first area; identify whether a trigger event by the user is detected while the part of the body of a user is positioned in the first area; and perform a function, corresponding to the trigger event, on at least one counterpart device included in the identified group on the basis of the detection of the trigger event.
