A wearable device and method for assessing the orientation of an attacker. The wearable device comprises a wearable body and, arranged on the wearable body (100), a geomagnetic sensor (500) and a node network (200). The node network (200) is used for acquiring damage information of the wearable body when the human body is injured and transmitting the damage information to a central processor (02), the orientation of the human body relative to due south or due north is acquired by the geomagnetic sensor (500) and then transmitted to the central processor (02), and the orientation of the attacker relative to due south or due north is determined by the central processor (02) on the basis of the damage information. The wearable device and method provided in the technical solution for assessing the orientation of the attacker allow assessment of the orientation of the attacker via the geomagnetic sensor (500) and the node network (200).
