A wearable electronic device comprising a strap-fastening groove is disclosed. The wearable electronic device according to various embodiments disclosed in the present document can be worn on the body of a user and comprises: a body part having a first surface facing a first direction, which is the direction of moving away from the surface of the body of the user; a plurality of lugs which protrude in a second direction that crosses the first direction from the body part, and which are arranged to face each other; a binding member having one end portion coupled to the lugs, and binding the body part to the body of the user; a fastening groove formed on the sides of the plurality of lugs that face each other; and a fastening pin penetrating the one end portion of the binding member between the plurality of lugs, and having two end portions inserted into the fastening groove, wherein the fastening groove comprises: an insertion hole, an area through which the end portion of the fastening pin is inserted into the fastening groove; a loading portion in which the end portion of the fastening pin is loaded while the binding member is coupled to the lugs; and an insertion passage for connecting the insertion hole and the loading portion, and the insertion passage can have a curved portion.
