Abstract:
Disclosed is a weather data processing device that can improve the way that users of a mobile body are made aware of the changes in weather conditions, in a variety of environments. The weather data processing device is mounted on a vehicle (Q) and comprises a first arithmetic processing element (110) and a second arithmetic processing element (120). The first arithmetic processing element (110) intermittently measures a weather conditions variable (di) which indicates the weather conditions that a vehicle (Q1) is in contact with. Then, if the current measured value (di) for the relevant weather conditions variable has a deviation of a predetermined value ɛ or greater from a reference value, the first arithmetic processing element (110) generates weather change detection data that indicates the relevant deviation. The second arithmetic processing element (120) transmits the relevant weather change detection data to another weather data processing device mounted in another vehicle (Q2) and outputs a first weather in accordance with the relevant weather change detection data.
