Abstract:
This elastic weather strip is provided with: a welt part formed so as to be attached to a peripheral edge of an opening in a main body member; and a seal part which is connected to the welt part. The seal part is provided with a contact surface formed so as to come into contact with an opening/closing member for opening and closing the opening, and is formed so as to seal the boundary between the main body member and the opening/closing member. The seal part is hollow, or is provided with a gel which fills the interior. Longitudinal grooves which extend from the welt part in a direction towards the seal part are provided to the outer peripheral surface excluding the contact surface.
