Abstract:
Disclosed is a weaving method for closing webbing edges. The weaving method is used for weaving webbing edges at two sides. The webbing edge at a single side comprises a plurality of warp threads and at least one weft thread (1), wherein the warp threads alternately move upwards and downwards to form an upper layer and a lower layer; and the weft thread shuttles left and right between the warp threads of the upper layer and the lower layer, so as to interweave with the warp threads to form the webbing edge. The edges of the webbing at left and right sides each comprise at least four warp threads, which are named warp thread A, warp thread B, warp thread C and warp thread D from left to right, and a right edge thread (2) is provided at the edge of the webbing at the right side. The weaving process comprises: a first round trip, a second round trip, a third round trip and a fourth round trip. The structural form of the webbing edges comprises sinking locking sites and floating locking sites; the webbing edge structures at two sides can realize exact staggering of floating and sinking of the upper and lower layers, so as to form warp misalignment, such that the weft threads are woven and locked, and the webbing edge structures at the left and right sides form fluffy, velvet and soft rounded corners, thus preventing scratching when in contact with skin, and making wearing more comfortable.
