Abstract:

Disclosed are a webpage loading method and apparatus, which relate to the field of communications, and are used for solving the problem in the prior art that a webpage is opened slowly with a large time delay. The method comprises: a base station determining whether a user equipment (UE) has a webpage access request; and in the case where the UE has a webpage access request, the base station giving DCI0 resource authorization to the UE within a pre-set time period.
