Abstract:
The invention provides a weighing control device of a platform weighing scale and a method thereof. The weighing control device comprises left side weighing sensors, right side weighing sensors, a fully suspension weighing platform and a weighing controller, wherein the output signals of the left side weighing sensors and the right side weighing sensors are divided into a left path of signal and a right path of signal and then respectively enter the weighing controller; the left and right paths of weighing signals are combined into three groups of weighing weight through the program control of the weighing controller, i.e. one group of combined weighing weight and two groups of divided weighing weight; the real-time online comparison is carried out for the two groups of divided weighing weight, if the numerical error of the two groups of divided weighing weight is large, the zero value of each group of weighing sensors is compared with each initial zero value when no material is on the platform weighing scale, the weighing controller can take a group of material divided weighing weight with small zero value error to substitute for the combined weighing weight, at the same time, the weighing controller displays the group of weighing value normally output by the weighing sensor, thus ensuring that when one group of weighing sensors has fault, the other group of weighing sensor still can work, and the platform weighing scale still can output accurate weighing value.
