Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a weighing machine having an improved the yield of when ejection
control is performed by constant weight measurement of an article the unit weight
is not constant such as a natural substance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A weighing
machine comprises weighing means, transfer means, ejecting units, ejecting
means provided for the respective ejecting units, and a control unit. The control
unit has weight setting means for setting the final target weight, integrating
means for integrating the weights of the weighed articles for each ejecting unit,
calculating means for calculating the final target weight difference between
the integrated weight and the final target weight for each ejecting unit, storage
means for storing the final target weight, the integrated weight, and the final
target weight difference, comparing means for comparing the weight of the article
weighed by the weighing means with the final target weight difference, and ejection
control means for distributing the weighed article to an ejecting unit where
the weight is larger than the final target weight difference and near the final
target weight difference according to the comparison result.
