Abstract:
The present invention relates to a weight-adjustable dumbbell wherein, according to usage conditions of a user, individual weights or at least two weights modularized into a bundle are attached to or detached from a dumbbell by rotating a handle unit of the dumbbell, and a quick change of the dumbbell weights is allowed. To this end, the weight-adjustable dumbbell comprises: an elongated coupling rod formed in the longitudinal direction; a handle unit rotatably coupled to the coupling rod which serves as the axis of rotation; a rotation control unit coupled to the handle unit while being rotatably coupled to the coupling rod which serves as the axis of rotation; a fixing bracket unit coupled to the coupling rod so as to allow the rotation control unit to be rotated; a plurality of weights into which the rotation control unit is inserted; and a weight fixing unit rotatably coupled to the fixing bracket unit while a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the coupling rod is used as the axis of rotation.
