Abstract:
The present invention relates to a weight measuring device, and according to the present invention, the weight measuring device comprises: a load cell having a hollow portion penetrating a body, and including an upper connection unit and a lower connection unit for respectively connecting upper and lower parts of a first fixing unit and a second fixing unit on both ends of the body; a target reflecting plate attached to a bottom surface of the upper connection unit by corresponding to a position to which a load of the upper connection unit is applied; a reference reflecting plate attached to a bottom surface of the lower connection unit; an optical path displacement calculation unit for calculating the path displacement of light in accordance with the application of a load by comparing, with a reference path length, a path length according to interfered lights of a first beam incident on and reflected by the target reflecting plate and of a second beam incident on and reflected by the reference reflecting plate; and a weight calculation unit for calculating weight on the basis of the load cell displacement corresponding to the light path displacement, thereby enabling a high-precision weight measurement having a large measurement range by using a laser.
