Abstract:
A weight transfer device for a neuromorphic element according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: memory in which a weight transfer program for the neuromorphic element is stored; and a processor for executing the weight transfer program. The weight transfer program: builds an artificial neural network learning model; transfers a weight of the built artificial neural network learning model to the neuromorphic element; determines whether a synapse cell included in the neuromorphic element to which the weight has been transferred is defective; rebuilds the artificial neural network learning model after setting a weight corresponding to a defective synapse cell to 0 in the artificial neural network learning model; and transfers the weight of the rebuilt artificial neural network learning model to the neuromorphic element.
