Abstract:
Disclosed is a weighting-type solvent residual amount detection apparatus for a printer. The apparatus comprises a printer frame, wherein one side of the printer frame is provided with a pull-out solvent barrel; the bottom of the solvent barrel is provided with a weighing sensor; and the weighing sensor can sense the weight of the solvent barrel, and sends a weight signal to a display on the printer frame to display the amount of the residual solvent. In the present invention, a weighing sensor is used, the weighing sensor is mounted at the bottom of a solvent barrel, and the weighing sensor is subjected to the self-weight pressure of the solvent barrel and an IPA solvent to generate a micro deformation amount and transmits data to a data collection module in real time to perform data analysis processing, such that, by means of computer conversion, it can be ensured that the IPA solvent is always in a fluctuation range set by a user.
