Abstract:
This welding assistance device is provided with: an acquisition unit for acquiring weld data that comprises a plurality of parameters each representing a welding state; an estimation unit for estimating the type of a weld defect occurring at a welding portion on the basis of a defect estimation model using the weld data as an explanatory variable and the type of weld defect as an objective variable; and an analysis unit for using the weld data and estimated type of the weld defect to specify a factor parameter that contributed to the occurrence of the weld defect, and to generate analysis data representing a correlation between the size of the value of the specified factor parameter and the degree of contribution to the occurrence of the weld defect.
