Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a robot stand (10) of a frame structure, a ceiling-mounted welding robot (20) that is capable of welding a region (4) to be welded, and a swing-type positioning device (30). The robot stand (10) has: a portal frame (12) that straddles the region (4) to be welded in the width direction and that stands to the outside thereof; a horizontal rail (14) that extends horizontally in the longitudinal direction between transverse members, the horizontal rail (12) being supported above longitudinal members (2) by the portal frame (12); and hanging fittings (16) fixed to upper ends of the portal frame (12). The ceiling-mounted welding robot (20) has a single-shaft direct drive mechanism (22) that is suspended from the horizontal rail (14) and moves along the horizontal rail (14). The swing-type positioning device (30), which is attached to the portal frame (12), projects out from the portal frame (12) to come into contact with the longitudinal members (2) and the transverse members (3) to position the portal frame (12) with respect to the longitudinal members (2) and the transverse members (3), and to adjust the projection position thereof.
