Abstract:
The present invention relates to a welding device comprising: a welding power supply provided with a power supply circuit; a wire feeder connected to the welding power supply and feeding a wire; a torch pulling the wire fed from the wire feeder and supplying the wire to a welding part; an IR thermal camera capturing the welding part; a vision module having a program built therein which receives an image captured by the infrared thermal camera and processes the image; and a slag removing device operating in connection with the vision module and removing slag detected on the welding part in real time. The welding device has the effect in that slag that is generated during welding can be removed from a molten pool before the slag becomes fixed.
