Abstract:
A welding control device (90) for a welding device (1) in which a welding robot (30) performs automatic welding using a welding wire is equipped with a sensing means (92), a root gap calculation means (93) for obtaining a root gap on the basis of information obtained by the sensing means (92), and a storage means (95) for storing wire-melting information. The layering pattern and welding conditions such as current, voltage, welding speed and the like are controlled according to the root gap and the wire-melting information.
