Abstract:
A welding groove measurer (100), comprising a ruler body (1), a vertical vernier caliper (2), and a horizontal vernier caliper (3). A first capacitive grating sensing assembly (11) and a second capacitive grating sensing assembly (12) are mounted on the ruler body (1); the vertical vernier caliper (2) is slidably inserted into the first capacitive grating sensing assembly (11), and the horizontal vernier caliper (3) is slidably inserted into the second capacitive grating sensing assembly (12); a temperature sensor (21) is mounted at the lower end of the vertical vernier caliper (2); a first protruding portion (13) is provided on the lower surface of the ruler body (1); a second protruding portion (31) corresponding to the first protruding portion (13) is provided on the lower surface of the horizontal vernier caliper (3); and when the first protruding portion (13) is connected to the second protruding portion (31), the reading of the horizontal vernier caliper (3) is zero. By means of the welding groove measurer (100), the width of a welding groove, the depth of a welding seam, and the temperature of the welding seam can be conveniently and rapidly measured. Further disclosed is a welding groove measurement method.
