Abstract:
The present invention is a very useful invention that measures a welding operation time and a cumulative time, measures spot welding per time (sec/min/hour) by measuring the number of spot welding (tack welding) times, measures an actual welding time by reflecting stored welding conditions, can easily switch to a grinding mode at the time of welding, and can move back to a state under welding conditions of a previous stage or earlier stage. To this end, in a welding helmet control device of the present invention, a setting unit inputs a plurality of welding conditions and stores the same in a memory, and a control unit may further comprise: a setting selection switch for measuring spot welding and an actual welding time per time (sec/min/hour) by measuring the number of tack welding times, and setting any one of the pre-stored welding conditions; and a grind mode changeover switch that switches from a welding mode to a grind mode during a welding operation and switches to a welding mode of a previous stage when the grinding operation is completed according to the preset conditions, wherein the switch is selectively constituted as a button or dial type.
