Abstract:
A welding installation method for diaphragms of a rotor of a rotary air preheater, comprising the steps: (1) welding two diaphragms symmetrically located on two sides of a center cylinder in a first group of diaphragms to the cylinder wall of the center cylinder, and then welding the other two diaphragms symmetrically located on two sides of the center cylinder in the first group of diaphragms to the cylinder wall of the center cylinder; (2) locating each diaphragm in a second group of diaphragms at the middle of two adjacent diaphragms in the first group of diaphragms, and welding the second group of diaphragms according to the welding order of the first group of diaphragms; (3) evenly distributing, clockwise along the circumferential direction of the center cylinder, N groups of diaphragms located between the second group of diaphragms and the first group of diaphragms clockwise adjacent to each other; and (4) evenly distributing, counterclockwise along the circumferential direction of the center cylinder, N groups of diaphragms located between the first group of diaphragms and the second group of diaphragms clockwise adjacent to each other. The welding method can implement the overall symmetrical welding of diaphragms, and minimize welding deformation in the prior art.
