Abstract:

In order to simplify welding work, this welding jig device comprises: a first-side jig (10) that is used for welding a component (5) formed by welding a plurality of members (W) to each other, has a one-side joining surface (12) to be joined to one surface (W11) of surfaces exposed on the front sides of the plurality of members (W) which are overlapping, and to which a one-side opening (13) corresponding to a portion of a desired welding site (53) on the component (5) is provided; an other-side jig (20) that has an other-side joining surface (22) to be joined to the other surface (W21) of the surfaces exposed on the front sides of the plurality of members (W), and to which an other-side opening (23) is provided, said opening corresponding to a portion not corresponding to the one-side opening (13) of the desired welding site (53) on the component (5); a one-side laser welder (2A) that emits a laser beam toward the one-side opening (13); and an other-side laser welder (2B) that emits a laser beam toward the other-side opening (23).
