WELDING JIG AND WELDING METHOD USING THE SAME

Provided is a welding jig for welding a welding-target plate (5) to a die steel (4), which comprises a web (2) and flanges (3) that have the same length and are respectively formed at right angles at both ends of the web, in such a way that the welding-target plate is perpendicular to the web and the flanges, wherein the welding jig comprises: a placement plate (6) which is placed across upper ends (3x) of the flanges, in the die steel which is arranged in such a way that the flanges are vertical and the web is horizontal; a guide plate (7) which is perpendicularly attached to the placement plate and makes contact with an outer surface (3a) of one of the flanges; and a patch plate (8) which is attached to the placement plate between the flanges and has the welding-target plate placed thereon. A welding jig is therefore provided in which the patch plate is perpendicular to the placement plate and the guide plate, and a welding method which uses the welding jig is also provided. Fine positioning of a jig relative to the die steel can be performed with ease by means of the welding jig, and in addition work efficiency can be increased and work time and worker load can be decreased by means of the welding jig.
