Abstract:
A welding machine with a remote diagnosis function and a system thereof. The welding machine comprises a welding machine body (10); the welding machine body (10) comprises a power source conversion module (1), a welding gun (2), a control module, a data monitoring module and a wireless communication module (5); the control module comprises a single chip microcomputer (31) and a drive module (32) used for driving a power source conversion module to work; the power source conversion module (1) and the welding gun (2) are connected; the drive module (32) and the data monitoring module are respectively connected to the power source conversion module (1); and the drive module (32), the data monitoring module and the wireless communication module (5) are respectively connected to the single chip microcomputer (31). The present invention also relates to a system applying the welding machine with a remote diagnosis function. When a welding machine breaks down, remote diagnosis and simple repairing processing can be performed on the welding machine, and the situation where maintenance personnel spend a long time on simple maintenance can be avoided, so that the maintenance personnel can schedule more time to work on a welding machine with severe faults, so as to improve the validity and promptness of maintenance.
