Abstract:
This welding method includes heating a welding surface of a continuous band-shaped member by means of a laser beam. The welding method includes pressurizing the band-shaped member and a continuous film to weld the welding surface onto the film when or after the welding surface is heated by means of the laser beam. The welding method includes a step of preheating the welding surface before the heating by means of the laser beam. This welding device includes: a heating device which includes an infrared light source extending along a conveyance path of a band-shaped member and heats a welding surface using infrared rays by irradiating the welding surface with infrared rays; and a pressurizing device that pressurizes the band-shaped member and a film to weld the welding surface onto the film.
