Abstract:
The present application relates to a welding method for OGV Inner Ring consisting of central ring (1) provided with stubes (2), stubes (2), with V-type calking with an angle of 10°, vanes (3), with V-type calking with an angle of 30°, constituting the welding joint together with the stubes (2), positioning tool provided with an argon diffuser, connected to a control unit through a hose, TIG torch provided with trailing shield diffuser, welding wires, cleaning apparatus to keep said welding wires in a liquid solution, sterilization apparatus to keep said welding wires in a sterile environment, diffuser in the inner surface of said central ring at each stube, provided with a plurality of holes connected to the control unit through a hose, control unit for emission of the argon gas, which is carried out in the following sequential steps : positioning each vane (3) at the related stube (2), cleaning and sterilizing the welding wires, Tack Weld, welding.
