Abstract:

A welding method and a weld shaping device that are advantageous to suppress a weld solidification section to become a humping bead. The welding method forms a weld solidification section (5) by heating, using a heating means, a first object (1) and a second object (2) while the objects are joined together. A shaping means (4) is made to be in contact with the weld solidification section (5) to shape the weld solidification section (5).
