Abstract:
A welding quality measurement apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a housing including a first accommodation part that has a first accommodation space formed therein and has magnetic field permeability, and a second accommodation part that has a second accommodation space formed therein, has non-magnetic field permeability, and is connected to the first accommodation part along the longitudinal direction, the housing covering the periphery of a path through which a welding current of a welding apparatus flows; a current measurement coil unit provided in the first accommodation space to measure the welding current; a current measurement unit provided in the second accommodation part to convert a current amount, measured by the current measurement coil unit, into a digital signal; and a quality measurement unit which applies a preset algorithm to determine welding quality from the current amount converted into the digital signal by the current measurement unit.
