Abstract:
A welding seam polishing apparatus, used for performing continuous welding seam polishing on a continuous welding material (w), and comprising: a polishing belt (1), a power roller (2), a tensioning roller (3), and pressing rollers (4). The polishing belt (1) wraps the pressing rollers (4), the power roller (2), and the tensioning roller (3); the movement direction of the polishing belt (1) is parallel to the movement direction of the continuous welding material (w); the pressing rollers (4) press the polishing belt (1) at a continuous welding seam position; and the power roller (2) drives the polishing belt (1) to rotate to implement continuous polishing of the polishing belt (1) for a continuous welding seam. The movement direction of the polishing belt is parallel to the movement direction of the continuous welding material, such that unbalance loading is avoided while polishing is performed, and the accuracy of a longitudinal welded pipe material is improved.
