Abstract:
A welding seam stainless steel foil tube involves a seamed stainless steel foil tube (1) made of foil strip to be coiled and welding seam (2). Welding seam (2) is continuous welding seam welded with limitless extending to be formed by no-filling welding or filling welding. The height of the thickest point (d) at the middle of cross section of welding seam (2) is 1.1-1.9 times of the thickness (T) of tube wall. Both sides of the thickest point of welding seam(2) extend toward the tube wall with camber line to have the same thickness as tube wall. The width (L) of the welding seam (2) is 8.1-25 times of the thickness of tube wall. This welding seamstainless steel foil tube is formed with firm welding seam which does not break with high yield and has good heat-exchanging efficiency.
