Abstract:
Disclosed are a welding slag clearing device, a welding machine head and a welding system. The welding slag clearing device comprises: a mounting frame (10); a slag crushing mechanism (20), comprising a slag crushing wheel (21) and an adjusting assembly (22), with the adjusting assembly (22) being used for adjusting a longitudinal distance of the slag crushing wheel (21) relative to the mounting frame (10); and a welding slag recovery mechanism (30), comprising a hollow recovery pipe (31), with the recovery pipe (31) being correspondingly arranged right behind the slag crushing mechanism (20) in the transverse direction thereof. The slag crushing mechanism (20) is used for crushing welding slag, and the welding slag recovery mechanism (30) is used for recovering the welding slag crushed by the slag crushing mechanism (20), such that automatic clearing of the welding slag is achieved. Further disclosed is a welding machine head having the welding slag clearing device, wherein the slag crushing wheel (21) is correspondingly located right behind a welding flux recovery pipe (60) in the transverse direction thereof, such that welding, welding flux recovery and online clearing of the welding slag can be achieved, manpower can be freed up, and the per capita work efficiency is effectively improved. Further disclosed is a welding system having the welding machine head.
