Abstract:
A welding strip (100), comprising: a conductive substrate (1); a tin welding layer (2). The tin welding layer (2) covers at least a portion of the conductive substrate (1). The tin welding layer (2) consists of Sn, Bi and Pb; or the tin welding layer (2) consists of Sn, Bi, Pb, and at least one of Ga, Ge, In, Sb and lanthanide elements. The content of Bi is 8% to 20%, the content of Sn is 40% to 65%, the content of Pb is 25% to 40%, and the sum of the content of Ga, Ge, In, Sb and at least one of the lanthanide elements is less than or equal to 5%. The welding strip (100) has a relatively low melting point, and brittleness thereof at a low temperature can be reduced, thereby preventing oxidation, so that the yield of a photovoltaic assembly can be improved, and costs can be reduced. Also disclosed is a photovoltaic assembly having the described welding strip (100), and also disclosed is a method for processing the described welding strip (100).
