Abstract:
A welding system for build-up welding of a membrane type water-cooled wall, comprising a longitudinal support (102), a transverse translational mechanism (105), and a welding module (101). Linear guide rails I (109) are laid on the longitudinal support; the transverse translational mechanism comprises a cross beam (115), guide rails I (93) laid on the cross beam, and an adapter plate I (91) mounted on the guide rails I; sliders I (114) cooperatively connected to the linear guide rails I are arranged on the lower end surface of the cross beam; longitudinal drive mechanisms (116) are arranged at the positions where the cross beam and the longitudinal support are connected; the cross beam moves up and down along the support under the drive of the longitudinal drive mechanisms; a drive mechanism is arranged on the adapter plate I; the welding module is mounted on the cross beam by means of the adapter plate I; the welding module moves horizontally to the left and right with respect to the cross beam on the cross beam by means of the drive mechanism. According to the welding system, a welding gun module is driven by the transverse translational mechanism to move up and down on the longitudinal support, and the welding module can walk on the transverse translational mechanism in a reciprocating manner, so that build-up welding can be performed on the surface of a large-area and large-size membrane type water-cooled wall.
