Abstract:
A welding torch nozzle cap automatic disassembly mechanism, comprising a nozzle (1), a nozzle cap (2), a support base (3) and a driving apparatus (4). The nozzle cap is sleeved on the outside of the nozzle, the support base is fixed below the nozzle cap and comprises a bottom base (30), two ends of the bottom base are vertically provided with side plates (31), the side plates are correspondingly provided with support grooves (32), the nozzle cap is located within the support grooves, the nozzle cap is fixedly provided with a blocking component (6), the blocking component is located between the two side plates, the driving apparatus is connected to the nozzle and drives the nozzle to move, and the blocking component is blocked via the sides plates, thereby implementing the automatic disassembly of the nozzle cap. The welding torch nozzle cap automatic disassembly mechanism has a simple structure and a clever design, the nozzle cap disassembly efficiency is significantly increased, and the disassembly operation is safe and reliable.
