Abstract:
A weldment quality measurement apparatus based on Internet of Things and a measurement method thereof. The weldment quality measurement apparatus comprises a measurement apparatus, a feeding assembly, and a material management apparatus; support seats in the feeding assembly are provided with a positioning system; one welded pipe fitting corresponds to one support seat; a weldment needing to be measured is positioned in real time by means of the Internet of Things, and a positioning signal is sent to a terminal device, such that a worker can search for the position of the weldment at any time; the weldment passes through the measurement apparatus having a multi-directional visual measurement system; the visual measurement system automatically identifies and determines whether the weldment has a defect or not and photographs the defect and uploads same to a database; the terminal device is connected to the database, such that the worker can be effectively ensured to monitor the weldment at any time; upon the completion of data storage, the material management apparatus classifies the welded pipe fittings having different defects; a robot stacks and stores the measured welded pipe fittings in order; and the weldments are placed in the support seats all the time, and the positioning is sent in real time, such that the worker can search at any time more conveniently.
