Abstract:
Disclosed is a well plate with caps which has a simple configuration and which can be closed off by the caps, and for which there is little possibility that the cap plate members will detach from the well plate after the well plate has been closed off by means of the cap plate members. This well plate with caps is formed by combining a well member, which is provided with multiple wells, and a flexible cap plate member, which has multiple caps that are arranged in positions corresponding to the well positions and that individually close off respective wells, and the well plate with caps is characterized in that the inner diameter of a well and the outer diameter of a cap are formed such that the inner diameter of the well is less than the outer diameter of the cap, so that the cap can be press-fitted over the well; the cap members are formed as one body by connecting the multiple caps using a plate part; and the caps are formed to open at the top to allow a needle to be inserted into the bottom part, and to have on the exterior surface vertical grooves extending from the lower edge to a midpoint in the height direction.
