A well-structured yarn-dyed fabric, wherein a breadth is 230 cm, a warp yarn count is 120, a weft yarn count is 120; a warp density is 90.1 threads/cm, and a weft density is 73.1 threads/cm; the warp yarn is polyester yarn, and the weft yarn is hemp fiber. The present invention adopts a diamond twill weave structure; the yarn-dyed fabric has a sound structure and excellent performance, and is easy to manufacture.
