Abstract:
Disclosed is a wellhead gas purification system. The wellhead gas purification system comprises a filter (1), a compressor (2), an air cooler (3), a gas-liquid separator (4), a dehydration membrane separator (5) and a heavy hydrocarbon removal membrane separator (6). One end of the filter (1) is in communication with a wellhead gas pipeline; a gas outlet of the filter (1) is connected to the gas inlet end of the compressor (2); the gas outlet end of the compressor (2) is connected to one end of the air cooler (3); the other end of the air cooler (3) is connected to an access port of the gas-liquid separator (4); a gas outlet of the gas-liquid separator (4) is connected to an inlet of the dehydration membrane separator (5); and a gas outlet of the dehydration membrane separator (5) is connected to the heavy hydrocarbon removal membrane separator (6). Membrane separation devices which are connected in series are used; dehydration and heavy hydrocarbon removal are achieved by means of the dehydration membrane separator (5) and the heavy hydrocarbon removal membrane separator (6), respectively; and the whole wellhead gas purification system is simple in terms of structure, is convenient to assemble, is easy to skid-mount, occupies a small area, requires no additional materials and no reagent consumption, and has low operation costs.
