Abstract:
A western blotting device according to the present invention separates a target through electrostimulation so that the target injected into a solvent is arranged in one direction in the solvent, or extracts the target to the outside of the solvent, and comprises: an electrode part electrically connected to an external power supply so that electrostimulation is applied to the target; a main body part which accommodates the solvent in an accommodation space provided therein and which is provided such that the target, injected into the solvent to which electrostimulation is applied, moves from the accommodation space to the outside; and an extraction part which is provided to be adjacent to the main body part so that the target moving from the accommodation space to the outside is extracted. In addition, a cell migration observation device according to the present invention comprises: a cell migration observation module in which a first solution and a second solution included in a plurality of solutions are provided to form separate layers with a cell migration layer therebetween, so that target cells moving to the cell migration layer are identified from the outside; and a fixing and supplying module which has the cell migration observation module fixed therein, and which is provided to enable the amount of a culture solution for an accommodated cell culture to be regulated in order for the culture solution to be supplied to the cell migration observation module.
