Abstract:
Disclosed is a wet gas flow measurement method based on a Coriolis mass flowmeter. The method comprises: a Coriolis mass flowmeter (1) measuring a total mass flow Qm, a mix density ρmix and a medium temperature T; a sensor combination measuring a differential pressure ΔP between an inlet and an outlet, and a flow calculation module (5) performing multi-physics coupling calculation to obtain an average gas density ρg; calculating, according to the mix density ρmix, the average gas density ρg and a liquid density ρl, mass liquid holdup ηm of a mixed medium; correcting the total mass flow Qm by means of the mass liquid holdup ηm, the medium temperature T and an average pressure P to obtain the corrected total mass flow Qm'; and calculating a two-phase flow according to the total mass flow Qm' and the mass liquid holdup ηm. A multi-physics coupling calculation is performed, and a gas density ρg is corrected, so that accurate mass liquid holdup ηm and a total mass flow Qm'are obtained, and a gas-liquid two-phase flow is calculated. Data obtained by means of the measurement method and apparatus is more accurate. Further disclosed is a wet gas flow measurement apparatus based on a Coriolis mass flowmeter.
