Abstract:
A wet sludge incineration method and a fluidized bed incinerator, mainly solving the problem of complex structure and high energy consumption in the prior art. Said wet sludge incineration method uses an underfeeding manner; instead of providing a pressure-bearing heat absorption surface in an incinerator, a part of wet sludge (3) is directly introduced into the incinerator for incineration, and combustion heat is mainly absorbed by the wet sludge (3) by means of water evaporation, and due to the rise in temperature of a solid and a gas which contains steam and combustion smoke. Said method saves construction costs, reduces the amount of sludge needing to be dried, and avoids the high energy consumption caused by a pretreatment of drying or filter pressing on entire wet sludge.
