Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a wet stripping device for waste lithium battery pole powder, comprising: a wet stripping circulation device for performing diluted acid soaking on positive and negative pole pieces and collecting bottom pole powder; a wet stripping mesh belt machine for pulling out the soaked positive and negative pole pieces in the wet stripping circulation device; a wet stripping vibrating screen for washing the positive and negative pole pieces to wash and strip pole powder adhered to surfaces of the positive and negative pole pieces; and a pole powder collection tank for collecting the stripped pole powder. The wet stripping circulation device, the wet stripping mesh belt machine, the wet stripping vibrating screen and the pole powder collection tank are connected in sequence. In the present invention, the positive and negative pole pieces obtained by wind separation or hydraulic separation are subjected to short-time pickling soaking, liquid washing and wet screening, and then the pole powder adhered to the positive and negative pole pieces can be stripped. The stripping rate can reach 97% or more, and the device is used for satisfying the requirements of a pole powder wet stripping process, so that pole powder is completely stripped from positive and negative pole pieces, the polar powder recovery rate is improved, and the economic benefits and the social benefits are maximized.
